Atty. Mustafa Tansu Güler is the founding partner of GULERS & PARTNERS. With over 20 years of professional experience, he approaches law not merely as a set of rules, but as a strategic field that supports, protects, and develops the business world. Combining the strong academic foundation he gained at Istanbul University Faculty of Law with nearly a quarter century of practical experience, he provides legal consultancy to both local and international clients as a founding partner of GULERS & PARTNERS.

His areas of expertise include Banking and Finance Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Contracts Law, Tax Law, and IT Law, which has become one of the key legal fields of the digital business era. Designing contractual processes for corporate structures, ensuring regulatory compliance in tax and real estate investments, and developing practical and sustainable solutions in disputes are among his main areas of focus.

In line with his vision of evaluating traditional legal practice together with emerging technologies and new economy fields, he also continues to apply his legal expertise through his roles as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Board Member at Algaelab Biotechnology. In this capacity, he contributes to strategic growth processes in priority areas of the future, including biotechnology regulations, sustainability, carbon management, and green economy law.

He also supports sectoral needs with a solution-oriented approach through his roles as Concordat Commissioner and Voluntary Mediator, particularly in financial restructuring and alternative dispute resolution processes.
